"I know this review is long, but I promise you it’s helpful, and worth reading. After shopping around extensively for auto insurance, I honestly didn’t expect to end up this satisfied. I checked just about every major / none major company out there, quotes were consistently well over $3,000 to insure one car, largely because I had a prior accident that wasn’t even my fault. Most companies rely entirely on computerized algorithms, and once you’re flagged, that’s it. No context. No conversation. Then I found State Farm, and the experience was completely different. I completed an online quote late at night and was assigned a local office as my point of contact. To be honest, I was skeptical, I assumed the low number was bait and that once I spoke to someone, the price would jump. That never happened. The next day, I received a follow-up call and ended up speaking with Jasmin Valiente and her associate. Both were fantastic, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. Most importantly, the price stayed exactly the same as the online quote. Not only that, Jasmin actually suggested improvements: • Adding my second car only increased the cost by about $20, which shocked me since other companies wanted a significant increase. • Adding home insurance raised my monthly payment by roughly $2. • One of my cars is brand new and requires high coverage, yet the policy was still excellent and affordable. In the end, I got coverage for two cars plus home insurance for under $2,000, while other companies were quoting me thousands more for far less. What truly set them apart was going above and beyond. They even helped me cancel my previous auto insurance when that company made the process unnecessarily difficult and rude asking for documentation they shouldn’t have. Jasmin and her team explained my rights clearly and helped me through it without hesitation. This experience gave me something I hadn’t felt during this process at all: relief, fairness, and trust. It felt human not automated, not predatory. If you’ve been shopping around, feeling discouraged, or thinking insurance companies are all the same.
