"Spoke with Ana on the phone…. Absolute pleasure, enthusiastic, cheerful and very good salesperson. She pulled out all the stops… I’m just a very hard consumer but that’s no fault of her own. My call had to do with a charge on my account that I did not agree with and she handled it beautifully. At the end of the call I was satisfied with the results. Still don’t agree with the rates overall that I am being charged for my auto insurance on 4 vehicles after being with the company since 1991, however, Ana was great and explained many other things to me.
